Following the resounding success of last year’s Safeguarding Conference, Brooke Weston Trust and Northamptonshire Teaching School Hub are proud to announce the eagerly anticipated Schools’ Conference for 2024.   This year, the conference will explore Mental Health and Wellbeing, addressing crucial issues facing school communities in Northamptonshire.

Renowned psychologist, Dr Pooky Knightsmith has been confirmed as the keynote speaker for the event.  With expertise in mental health and education, Dr Knightsmith’s insights promise to enlighten and inspire attendees.

The Conference will take place on Tuesday 12 March 2024 at Brooke Weston Academy in Corby and will be opened by Alexander de Capell Brooke of The Great Oakley Estate, the main sponsor.

Keynotes will also be delivered by representatives from Edurio and the Northamptonshire Office of Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner, together with a series of engaging workshops offering practical insights and strategies for supporting mental health and wellbeing in schools.
